Priced per workspace. Not per seat.

One plan covers every project, teammate and API key in your workspace, billed monthly. Tool calls, delivered events and Memory have included allowances. Workbench is billed separately by runtime. Additional usage only runs when an Admin approves a budget. Start with a 30-day trial — no card, and nothing is charged automatically.

How usage works

Four resources. One clear unit each.

Every plan includes tool calls, Memory calls and delivered events. Workbench is billed separately by runtime. Beyond an included allowance, usage continues only within the Admin-approved budget for that resource. The API, SDK and MCP cost the same.

Spending controls

Nothing extra runs without an Admin's yes.

The same controls on every plan, enforced across the dashboard, SDKs, MCP, triggers and background jobs.

Additional usage is off by default

Going past an allowance needs an Admin-approved monthly budget — one each for tool calls, delivered events, Memory and Workbench. Included usage works with $0 approved.

Questions

Billing, in plain sight.

01Am I billed per person or per workspace?+
Per workspace. Every project, member, API key, connected account and background job in the workspace shares one plan and one set of allowances. There are no seat charges.
02Does inviting a teammate change my bill?+
No. Invitations never add charges — and never add allowance. Admins manage billing, invitations and budgets; Members use the workspace within its budgets and can see the plan and its limits.
03What counts as a tool call?+
One successful external toolkit action, through the API, SDK or MCP. A workflow with five toolkit actions is five tool calls. Never counted: tool catalog and schema reads, tool search, connection setup and status, trigger configuration, session setup, log reads, failed calls and automatic retries.
04How are triggers and webhooks priced?+
Each successful delivery to a configured destination is one delivered event. A trigger and its webhook delivery count once; retries and duplicate source events never add events.
05How is Memory priced?+
One Memory call processes submitted content or searches/assembles context. Memory has its own allowance, separate from external tool calls. Internal extraction, embeddings and reranking add no calls. Ordinary record browsing, listing and stored-profile reads are free. Metadata-only updates are free; submitted content updates count once. Source sync skips unchanged content. Existing Memory request-size, query and result limits apply. Each accepted processing request counts once; invalid requests are rejected before billing. API, SDK and MCP use the same meter.
06How is Workbench priced?+
By running seconds, per sandbox size, including idle time until the sandbox stops: Standard (1 vCPU, 6 GiB RAM), Medium (2 vCPU, 8 GiB) and Large (4 vCPU, 12 GiB). All paid-plan runtime is billed from the first second at the listed per-minute rate; an Admin must approve a Workbench budget. Sandboxes stop automatically at your approved limit.
07What happens when I reach an allowance?+
Only work that needs that resource pauses until the next billing period — unless an Admin has approved a budget for it. Other resources keep working. Admins get alerts at 80% and 100%.
08How does the trial work?+
30 days, one per Stacklink account, with 100,000 tool calls, 10,000 delivered events, 1,000 Memory calls and 30 Standard Workbench minutes for the whole trial — none of them reset. No card, and nothing is charged automatically. New workspaces, invitations and extra projects don't restart it. When it ends, new chargeable work pauses; billing and data management stay available.
09When does my usage reset?+
At the start of each monthly billing period — the day you subscribed, shown on your billing page.
10Can I change plans?+
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period, and the billing page shows the date before you confirm. Usage already incurred stays priced under your current plan. If a downgrade would exceed the new plan’s project limit, you reduce your projects first.
11Can I cancel?+
Any time. Cancelling stops renewal; your plan runs to the end of the paid period and that period’s usage appears on the final invoice. The dialog shows the effective cancellation date; stored data follows the published retention policy.
12Do you offer annual billing?+
Pro and Growth are billed monthly. Enterprise agreements are annual. Existing annual agreements keep their terms until the end of their term.
13Why choose Enterprise?+
When you need an agreed rollout, committed capacity, contracted retention or support terms beyond the standard plans. Talk to us →
