01The agreement

These terms are between WeCommit Ltd (company number 14689906), trading as Stacklink, and the person or company using it ("you"). Creating an account or calling the API means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind that company.

Enterprise customers may sign a separate master agreement. Where one exists, it overrides anything here that conflicts with it.

02What you get

A licence to use the platform — the API, the MCP endpoint, the SDKs and the dashboard — for as long as your account is in good standing, subject to your plan's limits. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it does not include the right to resell raw access to the platform as if it were your own infrastructure.

Plans and limits

Pro and Growth are priced per workspace, with no seat charge. The Pricing page states each resource allowance, monthly fee and additional tool-call, event, Memory and Workbench rates. A trial lasts 30 days with one fixed allowance and does not convert automatically. Existing agreements, including annual terms, retain their agreed terms. Enterprise scope and rates require a written agreement.

03Your responsibilities

  • Your users' consent. When you send someone a connect link, you are asking for access to their accounts. Have the right to ask, and tell them what your product will do with it.
  • Your keys. API keys identify your project. Keep them out of client-side code and rotate them if they leak.
  • Your agent's behaviour. You decide which tools your agent may reach and which writes require approval. What it does inside those bounds is your call and your responsibility.
  • The providers' rules. Each connected app has its own terms. Using it through Stacklink does not exempt you from them.
  • Lawful use. Comply with the law that applies to you and your users, including data-protection law.

04What you may not do

  • Break into accounts you were not granted, or use the platform to help anyone else do so.
  • Work around quotas, rate limits or billing — including by splitting one workload across accounts to dodge the meter.
  • Send malware, run denial-of-service traffic, or scrape at a volume that degrades the service for others.
  • Use connected accounts for bulk unsolicited messaging.
  • Reverse-engineer the platform, except where law expressly permits it.
  • Resell or white-label raw platform access as your own integration infrastructure.

Where a provider adds its own restrictions — Google Workspace APIs and YouTube API Services being the usual examples — those restrictions apply to you too when you reach them through Stacklink.

05Your content and ours

What flows through the platform is yours. Your data, your users' data, and anything your agents produce remain yours. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to run the service: to store, transmit and process it so the call you asked for can happen.

The platform itself — the code, the tool registry, the docs and the brand — remains ours. Feedback you send us we may use freely to improve the product, without obligation.

06Paying

An Admin must select a paid plan and authorize payment. The platform fee renews monthly or annually as selected. Annual fees are paid upfront; operation allowances and usage billing remain monthly. Additional operations and managed resources start with separate $0 budgets. Turning a budget off prevents new spending but does not cancel charges or reservations already incurred. Prices are in USD before applicable taxes. Staging uses test payments and a test rate card; it does not create real charges.

Self-service plan changes take effect at the next platform renewal, which is the annual term end for annual plans. Cancel renewal from Billing to keep prepaid access through that term without renewing the platform fee. Accrued usage remains payable. Self-service purchases do not include automatic prorated refunds; contact support about billing errors or any refund required by applicable law. A failed usage payment pauses additional spending; prepaid included access remains available through its paid term. Enterprise payment and cancellation terms follow the signed agreement.

07Suspension and termination

You can close your account whenever you like — see Data deletion. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where we must in order to comply with the law. Except in urgent cases we will warn you first and give you a reasonable chance to put it right.

On termination your licence ends, and we delete your data on the schedule in the Privacy policy.

08Availability

We work hard to keep Stacklink up, and we publish incidents rather than hiding them. Unless your contract includes a written service-level agreement, the service is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Third-party providers can and do have outages of their own; when they do, calls to them will fail.

09Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account owners and update the date above before they take effect. Continuing to use Stacklink after that means you accept the new version.

11Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve a dispute with you directly first — write to support@stacklink.in.
