Stacklink provides self-service deletion for remembered facts, subjects, sources, connections and projects. Full workspace erasure is completed after a verified request.
Memory records, sources, connections and projects have dashboard or API controls. Full workspace erasure requires a verified privacy request.
Email privacy@stacklink.in from the account address. Acknowledged within 2 business days, completed within 30 days.
Deleted memory stops being recalled immediately. Project access is revoked immediately, scoped erasure is queued, and logs are scheduled for purge after seven days.
Open Memory in the dashboard, find the record and delete it. It disappears from recall immediately. Over the API, DELETE /v1/memory/records/:memoryId does the same thing.
Deleting a source — the binding between a connected app and Memory — stops future learning. Choose the explicit retention action shown in the dashboard: retain governed records, forget learned records, or erase eligible learned records. Source removal does not silently choose erasure for you.
Some deletion requests are about a human, not a record: an end user asks to be forgotten, or an employee leaves. Stacklink treats that as a first-class operation — subject erasure removes every memory record tied to that user across the project, in one action, and reports what it removed.
Disconnecting removes the stored token for that user's app. The agent immediately loses access. Your user can also revoke from the provider's own settings — that takes effect instantly too, and the next call simply fails as unauthorised.
Disconnecting does not delete the record of what already happened; those log lines age out on your plan's retention schedule.
Deleting a project revokes access immediately, queues removal of its connections, auth configuration, Memory and artifacts, and schedules its logs for purge after seven days. Other projects in the same workspace are untouched, and the workspace's plan is unaffected.
The current workspace self-service action deactivates the workspace and revokes access. To erase the workspace and the data scoped to its projects, send a verified request to privacy@stacklink.in. Two honest exceptions apply to completed erasure:
If you cannot reach something yourself, or you are an end user of a product built on Stacklink rather than the developer who built it, write to privacy@stacklink.in from the address on the account. Tell us what you want deleted — a record, a person, a project, or everything.
For a website meeting booking, email us from the address used to book and include the meeting date. Cal.com booking records and calendar invitations are separate from Stacklink account data. Account deletion or meeting cancellation does not automatically erase that booking history.
We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to complete verified requests within 30 days. If you are the end user of someone else's product, they are the controller of your data: we will action the deletion at their instruction and will help them respond to you.
Plug in once — MCP or SDK — and every product on this page is already in the run.
